In many Catholic school's across America, Many students are being punished and forced to live under no bill of rights. Why?... ... They Expressed their Opinion. Tons of Catholic schools claim that They are a private institution, and your rights stop at they door, and should not have to follow all laws. But the cache is...What if somebody was murdered by a teacher or staff member? It would be illegal? STOP THE HYPOCRISY TOO!Most students, if not all, own a book bag. Right? The school states at any time they can search the book bag for whatever reason, Even though it is not their property, or don't have a warrant from the court. Yet, THEY state They have the right to look through THEIR property ( The lockers ) for whatever reason? Yet the students are still violated and have more rights taken away? MORE HYPOCRISY!
